UIII Rector Inaugurated Four Heads of Study Program in a Hybrid Ceremony

uiii.ac.id: Depok – A hybrid inauguration ceremony was carried out with limited participants at UIII Student Residence Hall, Depok and through Zoom Meeting platform on Wednesday (30/06).

The new officials inaugurated were M. Luthfi Hamidi, Ph.D as the Head of Economics Study Program of Graduate Level, Faculty of Economics and Business, Syamsul Rijal, Ph.D as the Head of Islamic Studies Study Program of Graduate Level, Faculty of Islamic Studies, Sirojuddin Arif, Ph.D as the Head of Political Science Study Program of Graduate Level, Faculty of Social Sciences, and Tati Lathipatud Durriyah, Ph.D as the Head of Education Study Program of Graduate Level, Faculty of Education.

Two of the Heads of Study Program, namely M. Luthfi Hamidi, Ph.D and Syamsul Rijal, Ph.D were inaugurated directly by UIII Rector, Prof. Komaruddin Hidayat while Sirojuddin Arif, Ph.D and Tati Lathipatud Durriyah, Ph.D attended online. UIII Secretary, Dr. Chaider S. Bamualim and the Director of Human Resources and Business Development, Prof. Dr. Amsal Bakhtiar acted as witnesses and other UIII officials were present online.

UIII Rector leads the oath-taking of the inaugurated officials

“UIII recognizes the threat of the Covid-19 Pandemic but will try its best to adapt and take the wisest decisions to bring the grand plan into reality. This event is one of the evidence of our readiness to welcome the opening of UIII’s first academic year this September,“ said Komaruddin.

Furthermore, Komaruddin expressed his gratitude for all parties who have been working exceptionally hard in the development of UIII and also congratulated the newly inaugurated officials hoping that they will also contribute in realizing UIII’s vision and mission to be a prominent graduate university in Indonesia.

Strict Covid-19 prevention protocol was followed in the preparation and during the event. It was the first time UIII ever held a hybrid inauguration ceremony, but it did not reduce the sacredness of the event. (aa)
